Nope, my story is that Iran is still a cancer in the ME and there will be no peace while the mullahs are in charge.

I’m in agreement that they are a cancer but no peace for who? Iran is annoying but never attacked us, they kill their own and mess with Israel (whom I support wholeheartedly) but our real enemies are China and China and China and maybe a little of Russia. As far as I recall Iran has never popped off some global or even regional war. Not saying them having nukes is a good thing at all, and I agree with stopping that but where does it end. Muslim countries will never be good and peace loving over an even moderate timeline. It’s engrained in their genetic makeup so to think anything will be different is tough to convince me at least.

Yeah for sure. But that won’t stop. Muslims don’t want it to stop. They are too radicalized to not be attracted to chaos and violence. They’ve only been doing this since the beginning of time.

That doesn't mean the expansion and radicalization can't be managed. What has happened by not trying to manage the expansion of their radicalization?

Admittedly I don’t know the answer. And admittedly if we attack Iran I will support it but I’m not confident that means we are visiting Iran in 5 years and sheep hunting. It will still be a draconian Muslim dump.

This is correct in my view.

I’m not a military expert but this all does worry me a lot. If Iran pulls off some kind of Hail Mary and bloodies an aircraft carrier with a Russian/Chinese/Iranian hypersonic missile we are in for some real trouble. I hope we know our limits. I hope our guys and gals in the military are safe and have a fantastic plan to accomplish our goals, whatever they are.

Actually, I don't believe carpet bombing is the only solution.

But this is what we are worried about? Dude is/has been president. Twice. Has said this stuff before. If there is something there, HE WOULD KNOW IT. HE would be the one who didn’t release it last time he WAS PRESIDENT. He IS ”the deep state”. But yeah, Russia is still at war in Europe, we are threatening war in the Middle East, our economy is at stake and we are tweeting about goddamn aliens.

Yeah, I don’t have a problem with the ruling today. We need to have a process that even president should have to follow. Hopefully this kind of ruling will protect us for when we inevitably get a socialist president in office and he will be hamstrung by the courts…hopefully.

Separation of powers is a good thing and needs to remain. Seeing that Trump is already blasting the judges and finding a work around that doesn't involve congress is troubling.

I believe Trump will impose 10 or 15% tariffs through another avenue/code ? I personally like the tariffs but I think they should be less than 20%

The revenue it brings in, balances the budget somewhat . Yes it’s a tax, & everyone pays it. Including corporations who were avoiding taxes !

The biggest problem with our tax system is that less than 50% of Americans pay any taxes . This is a way to collect from everyone.

I realize it can hurt the lower class in some ways, however, they benefit greatly by others paying taxes, yet are not always appreciative of that . In reference to a recent article … from Duluth, MN, a person on the system can collect up to $45k (including free housing, food, utilities, healthcare, childcare, etc..)

This is a small revenue generator, & I actually think Wall Street wants most of the tariffs to stick .

(Not to forget to mention the benefits of buying and building in the USA )

Are you trying to say that's not the same as what Obama and then pretendeders that ran the government under Biden did?
