Your post actually means Rip the crap out of someone else's property and after it's destroyed fun out with unpaid utilities, no assets and dump the wreckage on the owner you just screwed over. Seen it over and over working on rentals that "were" very nice, before the renter. The renters just laugh in court, Get it , they say.

Not sure what where you're talking rentals but, I know renters in several states that have lots of rentals and contractors that work rental properties.

Unless the owners do mega background checks and are very picky they get big time scammed, then they get suits brought against them because they present evidence that the last previous owners, that rented to them, were owed rent and damages.

Potential renters should be treated like pariahs unless they can document that they are not.

Value increases if you have something of quality.

20+ years ago I bought my land, I paid a pretty high dollar amount back then, I think I paid $31,000for 25 acres. I then built a shouse, and paid high dollar for that$130k, and we decided to build a house, and went to the bank for financing, and there was no issue, they said what we own now is worth 750k. It’s hard to believe that after the new house is built, they will value it well over a million. Crazy!
