Where do you want to be in everyday life? You want to be an eagle, flying way up in the sky, looking down on all the ants scurrying around on the ground, watching them frantically searching for whatever meaningless thing they're searching for.
The reason they're not up there soaring with you, is due to the baggage they're carrying. Hate, anger, discontent weighs them down and they can't fly.
Now that you understand that, it still won't really sink in until this happens: You release that baggage, and there you go, soaring like an eagle. Awesome! But, you let it creep back in, and the next thing you know, you're back on the ground. Then you go back up again, back down again, and now you're just bouncing back and forth The only way to stay up is to commit to not letting the outside influences weigh you down, and to also not let the self-inflicted stress one puts on themselves to continue. Where do you want to be?
