Well,, the A-Hole gets a hearing at the Court House in Kanabec County MN on Aug 20th. The only way the county Attorney will issue an arrest warrant for him is if he does not show up for the hearing. So he gets another month not to pay me. What a joke!
 
I say the gloves come off for this scum bag. He is thinking he will walk and probably will. Time for some Mo justice.

Cops do pretty good here. For some reason (bulls shit) they publish the top ten earners in the paper every year. They are usuall around 100k. I think they start between 50-60k. I went to a criminal justice school and had a lot of cop friends. It was my major for one day! Most didn't last ten years and the others are just riding it out until they get their 20 years in. All of them say it is a real depressing job and is extremely hard on family life. So glad I changed my major.

I think your right Dipper. That happened to me I took a guy from NH. to court in Massachusetts because he owed me money. He never showed in court. judge said he lost by default and ordered he pay up, and put out a warrant for his arrest. That was 1990 I still have not got my money.

Never know I had a guy that owed me money. 1000 to be exact. Warrant was issued and he got locked up. When he was released an got a job his wages were garnished and about 1.5 yrs later (CUZ the shit head worked at sonic) I unexpectedly recieved a check in the mail for 1k! Put a smile on my face:)
May have to be patient on this one Mo
