Got to view 6 grainy photo's but could not be 100% on the one I picked out. Just 85%

But it sure looked like him. Dam!

photo lineups are tough. many times the suspect looks drastically different in the photo shown than he/she did on the day of the crime. probably a drivers license or booking photo taken a couple years back.

Yah, I was hoping he would have had 5 black guys and one farmer in the photo lineup. Then I could have been at least 90% sure!;)

Reminds me of the old time CPD lineups with 5 clean cut cops wearing work pants and white tees standing with a scumbag looking criminal in dirty clothes, who did it??? :D

o_OAnd here I thought that only happened in the movies!;):D

Wow. I DO think we should do a land tour at this guys place. He is all of what is wrong with America.

The wheels of justice are moving way to slow for me right now. Starting to get pissed that this guy ain't in jail yet!

Exactly why the law is no longer a deterrent. It's no longer swift and just. It's slow and soft. " unless you're a cop who's too rough"

I'd suggest putting the street justice to rest for a couple years now. If he turns up bloody now, it's too easy for them to pin it on you. After a couple years there will b a longer line to get back at this guy. Haha
On the other hand tis the season for firework accidents....

It ain't easy sitting here waiting. A trip may be in order just to let him know i am around.

X2
My dad always taught me "revenge is a dish best served cold"

Drive by his house and take some pics....maybe some pics of his sister in the driveway...Mail him an envelope full of the information you have on him...make it very clear you know a whole lot about him and his family. Let him know you have addressed the issues with the "authorities" and he has three choices.....1) pay you the money owed, 2) go through the all the legal hassle, or 3)"I know where you f*cking eat, sh!t, sleep, breath etc. just don't make any direct threats or anything that can be construed as a threat.....just make sure he knows that you know where to find him.

Maybe fax him a copy of your arrest record too...lol...just kidding...kinda.

If I drive the 70 miles over there it won't be to take pictures.

I got a box of beer MO never gets a return on investment. He may get his money back, but the time and cash he spends won't make it worth his time.

From an ethics standpoint I would love to see the guy pay and Mo get his cash. Bitch is when your time is worth something, it does not pay to chase douche.

That is why this happens. Its too much work to get your cash. Its not worth it from a business standpoint. Opportunity costs.

Batman is being pragmatic......and Stu is being a man of principle. Both are good.....but my wife says pragmatism is better. (just had this discussion tonight). I operate on principles too.....and principles get in my way at times. (but what the hell does my wife know? ;) )

You don't have to worry Brooks, and my wife will tell you, if it costs me $5,000 to get my $1,295 back....I will get it back.

this reminds me of a story my old boss Gene told me. He had a fella that Wrote him a bad check for a foundation that he poured several months prior so OL Gene loaded up the high lift and called the guy an asked him to meet him over there. When the guy got there Gene had his high lift off loaded with teeth resting on the foundation. He told this fella you have 30 min to get me my money or I will flatten this SOB! Got his money. That was in the good old days though. These days they would lock a guy up for that an charge him with more than the guy that wrote the bad check.

Oh, I am rooting for you. Cant tell you how many times I wanted to bitch slap the bastards stealing what was mine. Be a good web site to start where a guy got paid from advertisers for telling his story of recovery. And a crappy place to have your face as a bad guy.
