:D I hope you get your money and the system doesn't play tiddlywinks with this guy. I have zero use for dbags like this.

Me Too!

Well this was an interesting read, makes me think of 'catch me if you can'. I'm in for a hopeful successful outcome! :)

Hope you get what you deserve out of this. Any chance local LE has a bigger case they can build on him drawing on more than just what you have against him? We had a problem with an employee that stole from us, and when we contacted local LE they told us that they had been building a bigger case on him and that ours was just icing on the cake as it allowed them to serve a warrant on his property that would most likely yield some "bigger" things. He ended up getting charged with several felonies, but got a plea bargain down to one felony and several lesser counts. All in he was sentenced to 1-3 yrs in prison and did 26 months of that and was paroled.

You'll be lucky to see a dime from this pos. what's the saying, milk out of a turnip? That's the restitution you'll see!
Where is this town, on mn border? I'll get some beer and we'll pay this nimrod a visit! Hahahaha

If he doesn't cooperate you better hope that a judge in your county will issue an arrest warrant extraditable in Wisconsin as well or he just needs to stay out if Minnesota. Every warrant will have some geographical limitations.

Have they shown you a photo of this guy yet to positively identify him?

Little doubt this bumb is a Packer Fan. ;) :p:D:oops:
