At what temperature is detrimental to dunstan chestnut

[Angus 1895]

I am thinking of putting my dunstan out in 3.5 gallon insulated pots

they don’t seem to produce much leaf just stem.

so I assume they won’t be in peril in a cold snap.

I live in zone 5

but 5000 feet elevation
