Someone needs to get this. Even though I have one I'd be all over it. Not that hard to section to a smaller one.

This one is definitely ripe for splitting into 2. If I had the extra time I'd grab it up and convert it and sell both sections. Working 55+ a week right now, I don't want any extracurricular projects for the time being.
