Amount of Nova or Rally 40W per gallon

I accidentally gave my apple trees an overdose of Sovran 14 days ago. My notes said to use 1.5 ounces per 15 gallons of water based upon a thread from Maya, Ben, Appleman or one of the true experts (don't recall who). Being an idiot and having a lot on my mind, I used 10 times that much. I also know you should not use Sovran more than 4 times a year, but am not sure why. So my first question is can I use Sovran again this year.

Assuming I can not, then how much Rally 40 do you use per gallon. My trees call for about 5oz per acre based upon the label and if I assume 50 gallons per acre then that is 3 oz per 25 gallons.

Any suggestions on what you use in terms of amount per gallon for Rally 40?

WT, I'd go by the label. They are all in Oz/lb's per acre, but just do the math. Try and figure out how much land you are spraying and calculate that based the amount per acre. What are your goals for spraying?

This will help figuring your acreage.

Thanks. Well as for goals, I am not trying to produce apples for market, but continue to try to do a better job of production large attractive apples for friends and family. Sure I have too many for family and friends, but we really enjoy the attractive orchards all year.
