All Winter Hangover

I bought a few All Winter Hangover from SLN for some more diversity. I know it holds into winter very well and is a mid season Apple for ripening.

Do any of the apples fall to the ground in Sept - Nov or basically all fall slowly through the winter/get eaten off the tree by birds and critters before they fall?

Right now I'm just adding these to an existing orchard where we already have 15 trees and are adding around 6 - 8 more. We may have an opportunity to plant an area in trees next to the farm that I want to devote to it to early season trees like Zestar, Whitney, and Transparent and then a bunch in trees that hang into the winter. So it wouldn't be designed to attract deer during deer season like our other orchards, but would provide food before and after season.

We have 3 All-Winter-Hangover crabs at camp. They have all grown really well. Ours seem to drop their fruit gradually starting in October and they drop slowly over the next few months. Some hang on the tree for a while before dropping. I haven't seen any critters eating them off the trees yet, but they get cleaned up after dropping to the ground. I think they are really tasty in early to mid-October. So I get a few before the deer !!
