Very interesting mo. I've got my 23 acres quietly for sale at $10,000/ acre. I would probably take 8. It's great hunting land, but even better place to throw a house on. The market demand on pure hunting land is decreasing, because a deer just isn't worth it anymore. people in my area have the $ to live the country dream and Id happily help fill it for them.
