This farm looks good but has been on the market for a long time. Maybe because the outfitter who's now selling the 210 just to the east? I wouldn't want to be that close to an outfitter but with him selling it would be a good time for someone to buy. Our friend Dave, haha, looked at both of them last spring and really liked the 210 but the guy decided not to sell it.
