What's for dinner?

Nice ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^!!!!!

I ate a couple meals of crappies over the weekend. They are delicious if you just pan fry them in a little butter with some season salt. Wish I would have had a little lemon pepper. I tried a little breading one night with some cheesy green beans. Also cooked up some yukon golds fried with a white onion. Top with just a touch of sour cream and some franks. That is some wonderful stuff. I could eat 5lb bag of those potatoes. I figured I was burning around 8,000 calories per day in the woods so added extra butter.

that be swimming in fine seafood; looks scrumptious! I, and probably many others who view your culinary delights, would appreciate being on your invite list for the next boil. :emoji_slight_smile:

I picked up a prime ribeye today. $135. This thing won’t last long. I got 15 real nice steaks and 2 very respectable chunks off each end. Have some baked potatoes in the air fryer. I baste the potato skins with olive oil and then sprinkle season salt and pepper and then cook until the skin is crunchy.

Pan seared oven roasted venison, roasted eggplant topped with Italian seasoning, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese - and a couple with Parmesan and no tomato, garlic bread and of course a glass of wine (Shiraz).

Did up a version of dirty rice the other day.
Rice, smoked sausage, crispy bacon crumbled in, large white onion and some bell pepper diced and sautéed with a little cheese and some Tony’s and pepper.

Great for a meal or a side and leftovers are really good for breakfast.
