    Bow Hunting Buck

All though not the buck I was after....Time constraints said it was time and I took this buck at 15 yards. Thought it was a text book shot, but knew there was no exit hole as the arrow only penetrated a foot or so. I could not hear it crash due to other deer running with this buck. I looked...

I hunted all Bow season.....He hunted 5 minutes...Guess who shot it?

I never saw this deer all fall, but got quite a few pictures of this buck all summer and fall. I honestly thought this deer was bigger but at the most it is a 3 1/2 year old and "possibly" only 2 1/2. That's what happens when they have unlimited clover and soybeans almost all year long...

Going to be Major shortage of Acorns in parts of Central Minnesota

I had not been to my farm in 2 weeks since I got the corn planted. About 10 days ago we had a major hard frost. Got down to 29' in the Metro area, but at my farm in Wadena County it got down to 22'! You can't believe how bad the oaks look! They are all green up at the top where the frost...

Big Bucks can hide in the most amazing places

This buck in North Dakota was bedded by us for over 20 minutes before we even saw his rack in the grass. I got within 25 yards before he busted.
