What Country artists do you really enjoy?

To go with the 80’s and 90’s rock thread what is your favorite country acts?

I have a lot of artists I like but just from fairly recent history I am hitting Cody Jinks, Jamey Johnson pretty hard.

Me and my daughters can belt out a pretty fair The Ride by David Allen Coe. Love Uneasy Rider by CDB.

Daughter took me to see Noeline Hofman a while back. She says she will be the next voice of country music and I believe her.

Also playing a song called “You Ain’t Gotta Die (To Be Dead To Me) by Kaitlin Butts. I laugh my ass off at that song.

Don Williams, Alan Jackson, George Strait...

...and I do like girly man Morgan Wallen.
 
I'm 41 for reference. I didn't mind some of the pop country phase that a lot of people bitch about when it was the thing. Now I look at that era and to a degree it's still pretty prominent and I wince.

Lately I have a lot of Zach Bryan, Zach Top, Tyler Childress and of course the King George Strait. Old school Eric Church will never go out of style for me either.

How I left this one out I don’t know- Jason Boland And The Stragglers really hits me the right way. Red dirt country, been around a long time. Dude is a story teller. Very uncommercial.

Classic - Hank Jr, Willie, Waylon, Cash, Alabama, George Straight, Conway Twitty, Kenny, Bellamy Brothers
more recent - Allan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith

Don't care too much for the more modern stuff.....Zack Brown, Eric Church and Luke Combs are a few exceptions
 
Cody Johnson is probably tops of my list for current guys. Lainey Wilson and Luke combs too. Sturgill Simpson, Stapleton.

Waylon is my fave classic guy.

Randy Roger’s, Bart crow, and a bunch of the red dirt country stuff.
