I'll second that. I'm a vet. But I didn't do s*%t compared to my dad and my grandparents. Here's a favorite great pic of my dad and my gramp, who we lost 4 years ago. My gram is also a WWII vet...Navy WAVES. She's 92 years young.

My mother was a Maher out of Auburn NY in the finger lakes region. Brother John lost an arm in WW II.

Hi Bill. We have many Maher's in the area as well...they are of Lebanese decent. Same with your mother? Mahar with an A is Irish....the old time spelling was Meagher.
