That will definitely lease to someone with some spare coin. 3 guys to go out of state for a week will easily spend that money. It sounds like this may be for the whole season bow and gun. I have forwarded this on to my buddy who lives down there and he seemed interested and I agree with wiscwhip that is a typical price. Looks very huntable.
By comparison, Waupaca hardwoods is now $4-$5,000/acre and it ain't going down.
Buffalo Co prices right there! Great parcels can be had in Vernon Co for as cheap as $2,800 an acre for larger parcels with a high percentage of wooded ground.
What is typical for a nice wooded farm with some tillable in Grant County?
