Upland adventures 2021

I saved up all my vacation for fall again this year and was off work the last couple months, had a bout with covid for a few weeks that punked me out and kept me in the house or the pheasant's and deer would have been in more trouble.

Here are some pics of our adventures chasing upland birds this fall with my two best hunting buddies...my sons.

good to see some folks still hunting upland game and having bird dogs, as its so far and few anymore as to just a dew decades ago when almost all hunters here had a bird dog or 2!
then again its been yrs since we had any healthy population o upland game, now, if you see a grouse or god for bid a woodcock, your almost sacred its the last one left and don;t want to shoot it , and be the guy that killed the last one! LOL
