Turkey decoy repair?

Was at the cabin for rifle deer season and found this in the basement. Avian X lay down hen with a HOLE in the bottom. Does anyone have thoughts on a fix? Was thinking some sort of expanding foam to fill the whole bird.1000001121.jpg

Put a piece of gorilla tape over the hole and then a layer of shoe goo over the tape and the decoy near the tape. When it dries it will be fixed.

I fixed a few with expanding foam but it didnt work the first time. I think the foam wouldn't cure with low oxygen. I eventualy cut a large slit down the belly and filled it up and that worked fine. you gotta figure out some way to make it hold its shape while drying. that amount of foam takes a whiile to dry. Maybe takes several applications.

I doubt it needs to be fixed to be effective. You could place a tuft of grass next to that hole if it bothers you.

If that factory filler? Or did someone already fix it once?

I'd fill it with black RTV and smooth it out a little. But I fix most things that way. 😉

The body is a bit deflated. You blow these up to their full shape/size
