you need to know the curcomstances under which I saw this meme yesterday.

We're about 10 days into a serious incident (I'm at a small tech company, incident is the term for when things are badly broke impacting customers). The person who caused the incident is leading the response, and he's doing it exceptionally poorly. He's extremely difficult to help (talks over people, must restate everything people say to have the last word, doesn't like any idea that isn't his). The VP called a meeting to set strategy. During the meeting, I caught up on memes and saw this.
