Not sure how many of you listen to Mike Rowes podcast. He recently had James Wood on the former actor. He got blacklisted by Hollywood along time ago for speaking his mind about politics. He was saying that under current "Hollywood rules", one of your main leads HAS to be a minority or 50% of the supporting cast. If not you are automatically ineligible for an Academy Award.
