Morel mushrooms are found near old apple trees and i have been finding a few around wild pear trees the past few years, with that said, are there any chemicals to avoid if I want my orchard to produce morels in the future?

Morels love old apple orchards, I don't think chemicals matter to the mushrooms as much as they would to you. Studies have shown that morels found in the really old orchards, where chemicals were used that are no longer allowed, have traces of the chemical in the mushroom because those chemicals are still in the soil.
