Competitively but not overly, right?Never given it a single thought.
I guess maybe implicitly I assume the leadership of companies to which I’m attracted is competitively compensated.
If I knew the difference, I’d be a board member that was hiring and firing the leadership.Competitively but not overly, right?
You use many three times in two sentences without defining many. How many is many? Sorry to be skeptical of your claims, but it would great if you could provide a verifiable source to back up that the ultra-rich get that way from exploiting people. You also might need to define what you consider exploitation just so everyone understands where you are coming from. Many of the richest have inherited wealth too - dynastic wealth. Many, many ultra-rich get that way from exploiting the people who work for them too.
Must be more than enough. Every team has at least two and there's always a replacement for the retirees and when the two on the roster get hurt. No professional sport team had to cut their season short because they didn't have enough players to field a team. There's always a replacement. To add to your point. How many people in this World can play starting quarterback in the NFL? How many people can play wide receiver in the NFL? A couple hundred maybe out of 8 billion people. That’s why the money is there and why everyone has a niche that they fit in. With no disrespect how many people can be engineers, teachers, janitors? The pay is what it is for how many people can do the job It’s all relative. If millions of people can do a certain job then obviously they make much less than a job that only a few can do.
Let's take a look at why there's certain names on the cancer units, heart centers, and specialty clinics. On the other hand......go to any large city hospital......and look at the folks that have donated to build those '"cancer units", Heart surgery centers, and specialty clinics for children etc. Also who do you think funds the sports centers at colleges and the theaters, parks and much more. More often than not you will see the biggest and most wealthy in those communities that have given back to the community they will leave. Usually foundations created pay huge amounts of the costs. You wont find many Joe Lunch Buckets names on the list of those donations.
Not many "real Joe's" giving 10% of their annual compensation for such causes. I'd bet less than 1%Let's take a look at why there's certain names on the cancer units, heart centers, and specialty clinics.
Joe lunch box annual compensation .... 70,000
George Oliver annual compensation .... 15,882,646 Outgoing CEO of Johnson Controls. The company I used to work for.
Top paid CEO in Wisconsin annual compensation 28,000,000. Frank Bisignano CEO of Fiserv
Each of these people donate 10% of their annual compensation and Joe gets a brick in the walkway from the parking lot to the beautiful building with Georges or Franks name on it. But there's maybe hundreds or thousands of bricks in the walkway. All Joe lunch buckets that maybe benefitted from the clinic they're donating to. All those big beautiful sports centers, theaters, parks, medical facilities, and much more are built with donations from more than just the people that they're named after.
But I'll bet if you look closely at the donors list there's more Joe's than CEO's. And they probably do it for better reasons. Not many "real Joe's" giving 10% of their annual compensation for such causes. I'd bet less than 1%
Maybe so, but if you look at the total of all the Joe donations vs that ONE giant donation made by that titan....it is likely a fraction of the total contribution. Not saying this is "bad".....but facts are facts. But I'll bet if you look closely at the donors list there's more Joe's than CEO's. And they probably do it for better reasons.
Without TSM NVDA wouldn't be making much of anything. Don't know why TSM isn't getting a lot more attention? jmomarket up today. nvda ceo states they are going to make billions of chips in the US. Glad I bought when i did! If it takes another dip, I'll buy more
My wife who wouldn't slow down to spit on most celebs got her picture taken with Jensen last year lol!Cramer's wife is probably jealous the way Jim Cramer looks at Jensen. Truly smitten.
I think it's just a matter of time before they go way up. Guessing game on how far out before that happens. I'm in for the long run with RGTI. IONQ &QBTS are also going to take off at the same time in my opinion. IONQ has the highest percentage of actual quantum knowledgeable staff. The share price reflects those numbers.Thoughts on rgti?
