Spreading seed and spraying at same time?

My question is if I spread turnip and radishes seed into standing rye and then spray to kill weeds right away will it damage the seed I just spread?

What do you want to spray? I dont think glyphosate will harm seeds

As long as you're spraying glyphosate, it won't harm anything except green, growing plants. Some herbicides have a residual impact on the soil which could delay/prevent germination, but gly does not.

Some guys will argue that with you Stu!

With that being said, I just Sprayed some thick heavy weeds in a food plot, let it dry for an hour and seeded. It should be fine.

I have some weeds and grasses growing in my standing rye plot. It sounds like I should be good to go. Thanks everyone.

I have broadcast and rolled/sprayed and it seemed to do ok, rolling and spraying right over the seed I just broadcast.
