5 year old buck +
I finally found time (and a helper) to get the 10' 4x4 tower blind up over the oak tree plot. This is my second Boomer Blind--the other is larger and on a 12' 8x8 platform. So far I am pleased with the quality of these...the original blind is now 4 years old and is working great.
Once it is brushed in completely, it should provide a fair location for youth season over the soy field (grandkids). The oak grove starts about 30 yards to the west, and is about 20' lower than the ground-level the stand is on. This works good for the prevailing winds and will be a solid site when the red oak mast starts falling.
