Shrubs/Trees for screening and snow fence

Does anyone know what was planted on the west side of hwy 29 by Pulaski? It's about 5 miles long and about 3-5 rows. Landscaping plastic was put down first. Some of it is 3 feet high and planted 6 months ago!
