Very nice. Most all the B118's I've seen have very nice roots. It's the G series rootstocks that have the sparse roots, but they seem to grow nicely too.
Got a few grafts done yesterday - have 25 more B.118's coming from Cummins along with my tree order around the middle of April. Time to get these done!
I received 25 B.118's from Cummins this year, a bit hit and miss as most were nice by about 25% of them were just a stick with 5-6 little roots coming off them. Normally Cummins has sent me real nice stuff in the past.

Hopefully they will all be successful!!
I had a number of root stock from Cummins last year that were large caliber with limited roots. They all survived but the graft failed on some of them (most likely due to operator error). I over wintered them on my patio and re-grafted them yesterday - Chestnut crab scions on all of them. Planning on leaving them in the garage for most of April to see if any are successful.
