Questions about Plateau Herbicide

When you read the label of Plateau it lists dozens of species and gives lots of information on which are not affected and which are targeted. However, it doesn't even address goldenrod. That seems strange since it is sometimes part of prairie planting and also considered a nuisance weed in some. Why would they list so many species that are hardly known to many of us and not list one that virtually everyone would be interested in?

Also, the guy spraying for me says that Plateau will know back briers, but on the label there is no mention of that either.

Anyone have any experience with this?
