Plug in neutral question

The panel I got for my shop says it is "plug in neutral ready". Research shows this makes it easier for Arc fault and gfi breakers. It included 3 20 amp 1 pole breakers and 2 30 amp 2 pole breakers. They look like normal breakers to me. Can I run regular 20 amp 1 pole breakers in this box?

Yep. The plug on neutral panels are made to accept regular and arc fault (with pig tail) breakers. These boxes are also special made to accept the new arc fault plug on neutral breakers They snap right on to the neutral bar thus eliminating the pig tail for a cleaner installation. They seem to be very expensive if you fill up your breaker box with them. I think most people just use regular and reg arc faults in these.
