Peach leaf issue?

Hello All,
Was checking out my parent's peach trees that are on the farm I hunt and came across some weird growths on about 1/3 of the leaves. This tree was planted 4-5 years ago and is in zone 5 (Northern PA).
Any help in identifying the issues and also on how to treat it would be great.

Our five year old peach tree gets exact same thing every spring but only on a few of the leaves.
