OK....so I watch football while I scan these pages. Lets talk about games happening live. No trash talk....just game talk. (yeah....riiight.)

So the Vikings seem a bit off and the Bears have been spot on so far. I think the 2nd half will be better. SKOL!

To me, neither team looks very good. Doesnt look like either team can make a big pass down field. After I said that, probably be one of them throw a fifty yarder

Yep....the Vikings do not look very sharp....and the Bears seem to slip thru the cracks. I expected more from the Vikings.....and less from the Bears. Been a game of inches. Bears now show more confidence and poise. Chit. Then too....Williams is a big surprise to me.

Been mostly a boring game but things are getting more interesting the last few minutes.

Watching young QB's navigate the big leagues is always interesting. No tougher thing to do in sports, IMO. Some are meant for the moment and others aren't.

Vikings didn't look like they were gonna get it together but somehow our first time starting quarterback started getting the feel of the game. Starting to get my hopes up for the Vikes. Secondary wasn't too impressive but it is just the first game.

The Viking comeback was great, as was the Bills… both teams looked beat! Momentum is huge in the NFL.

McCarthy looked solid after his bad “pick 6”… he has a very good arm and looks like a leader. It’s early we will see.

I fell asleep before the best part of the Bills/Ravens game and Vikings Bears. Dang! Exciting endings . NFL not quite as fun since Saints have imploded but maybe one day we will be back

Best thing about the dove season opener here in La. It means:
We survived summer { A really big deal }
Get to hunt something everyday till February
There will be football weekly till Super Bowl
Oh Happy Day! GEAUX TIGERS

Lol I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Green Bay fans are no different as of today. We're the greatest team the NFL has ever seen because we won one game.

I looked up getting season tickets for the Packers a few years ago just for the hell of it. The waiting list was about 30 years! I could probably get tickets on the 50 for the vikes right now. Little difference in the support of each team. Dallas is the one that really boggles my mind. They haven't done a damn thing in a long time but it seems like even the announcers are biased towards the cowboys whenever they play.

Agreed on that. We are going to 2 games at Lambo this year. 300 a pop for tickets. I'm only going as it's a once in a lifetime for my boys, north end zone seats, right on the field. Otherwise I prefer to watch on TV. I'm not a diehard packers fan, more just casual. The fan base is incredible, even when they aren't good they sell out every game it is
