New deer looks pretty decent

Big Bend - how are you using google photos? I tried a few weeks ago and they didn't work. Sure would be nice to use google, as all of my photos are auto-uploaded to google.

Nice buck by the way!

I just opened a free account. You can make albums and do most anything you want to. They also have an I-Phone app.

To post a picture, you click on it and open it. Then you just copy and paste to the thread.

My trail cam pics show up the same size as they did with Photobucket. My I-phone pics show a little smaller than they did in PB, unless you look at the thread on a phone - then they look the same.

I don't like it as well as PB, but I'm not really into being held hostage. I know that at some point soon all my pics from PB are going to disappear. They have already locked me out of my account.

So, my habitat thread and all the hard work on it will be gone. When that happens I will ask you to just delete it. Don't know if I have the drive to start over again, but maybe....

Sorry NH - I asked Big Bend and should have asked you...

I'll give that a try. I've used photos.google.com for years and it's been very reliable. If you upload full resolution images they don't count against your usage (I think google likes getting them for google image searches?).

The "safest" way is to upload them here rather than using a 3rd party place to store them. That is until something happens here. I'm pretty young and don't have any plans of letting this place go anywhere soon :emoji_thumbsup:
