We build alot of low water crossing by pouring concrete with a couple culverts and it dips as it goes through creek.Another option if you can find them is the portable crossing mats.Alot of electric line const. companies use them for when they have to drive trucks across creeks and wet areas,the military also uses them for wet areas and i believe airstrips
