Mystery Drones - Who is flying them?

Funker350.com. You will see more drone action than you care to see. Drones have unequivocally changed the face of war in a couple years.

I watched a documentary with a Ukrainian drone pilot. It was pretty wild. They have simulators set up where practice running the controller and getting use to the capabilities. Their little “warehouse”, more like a garage, could produce over 100 drones a day for dropping munitions and one way suicide drones.

So the White House said the drones were all hobbyists doing research and having fun. You buying it? Guess we can put this one to bed.

Not necessarily. There was no reason to keep the public mired in mass WTF’ery, unless you were also busy pardoning everyone involved in operation Covid 19 to ensure nobody has to agree to a plea deal to sing about what went on at UNC Chapel Hill, or in Ukraine at the hands of Hunter Biden and the NIH in cooperation with the pentagon and the Chinese military.

The article I read said that the drones were authorized by the FAA and some of them were doing research and others were hobbyists just having fun. That was released by Trump's new press secretary.

We just had dozens of large drones flying over poultry and cattle buildings for a couple nights just after dark in our county, I actually saw four down the road from us. Our sheriff’s department was blitzed with calls about them, then yesterday a Blackhawk helicopter landed at our small local airport.

Local radio stations and news stations have announced the county sheriff called FBI and FAA and is having trouble getting any answers.

The ones I saw were at least the size of a refrigerator and had the green and red flashing lights on them like planes do.

The ones that were trying look at the other, sure. (ETA for clarification: lots of hobby drone pilots flying theirs trying to get close/images of the mystery drones. So that was accurate.)

The answer that they were doing "research" wasn't particularly reassuring.

The drones here did not look like any "hobbyists" type drones. The ones that were seen here looked very big, crazy expensive and were in the air a long time.
Why at night? That seems sketchy too.

Did I mention that our county is the largest poultry provider in the state and second largest egg producer, wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Lots of electronics work better at night, less atmospheric, solar interference. But that runs the whole spectrum from AM radio to thermal imaging to radiation detecting equipment. Or it could just be that they hoped less people would notice them, and less lower level air traffic at night.

On Trumps end, to me it seemed like "We're going to find out what's going on!" And once he did find out he went "Oooh, yeah, okay, I can see why we don't want to tell people that."

I think your last line is spot on. There’s a reason the last administration didn’t come out and say anything. They knew, but found it better to stay silent right or wrong. Trump didn’t tell us anything yesterday.
I have a feeling it’s like the Epstein list. “We’re gonna release this list”….”oof better not release this list”.

Yep. Def something up with the drones. They weren’t just hobbyist. I’d say 90% chance the reason we weren’t told isn’t good.

This is a good read about the drone that hit the super scooper in California. I predict that stories like this will become common in the future. The only difference is that in most cases they will never know who the drone belonged to.
