We decided we wanted to open up the area around our house. The DNR forester said we had some marketable wood and sent a list of loggers who do small jobs. Well the logging is done and now onto the next step of cleanup. Been getting quotes for mulching the tops and limbs as I don’t want to burn huge piles, pop out and burry stumps, mulch down some smaller stumps in the ground, and level everything out. Ouch but will be worth it. End plan is a 40x60 pole barn in one spot, some animals, and expanding my backyard food plots.
