Morse Nova Scotia Crab

They usually start about the end of September, and drop slowly through October. That's IF the coons don't clean up the hangers.
IF the coons didn't clean them up , I wonder if the Fruit Drop Time: would match the advertised October to Early December time frame ?

I planted two of these Double- D pears this year supposedly a November-January drop. I'll post some pictures and update how they do. At $35 they are kinda pricey for the size tree you get 3' - 4 ' (more like a seedling in a small root pot) but I have one in a tube that's now probably 8 ' that was just planted in Feb. Bolu doesn't have a minimum order , so I may order 2 trees again every once in a while and not have to worry about a large shipping bill. PS usually around the 4 th of july they have a 10% off sale.

Coons may have shortened the hang time / drop time at our place - not really sure. If it was bears, the whole tree would be torn apart - so thinking coons, opossum, even squirrels for the seeds inside?

I hope yours do well for you! Keep us posted.
