Here's the monopod rest in action. My bow is quite light-weight at about 6,5 lbs.....but all Xbow's are sorta heavy....and it's difficult to rest it like a rifle. Gotta leave room for the limbs to release the bolt. The rests shown make that a bit easier....and far more accurate.
