Wow I have a whole patch of dogbane but it's low spreading Vine like in Little clumps and then these upright plant started growing amongst them so it's like a different form.. interesting I think this stuff going to take stronger chemical or maybe a smother crop Clover or hairy vetch??

All the dogbane I have is of the upright growth form. Are you sure the vine like stuff is dogbane and not something else? I'm not saying it's not, I just have not seen it in a vine variety before. Let Native or someone chime in as I could be wrong.....I'm "wrong" a lot....ask my wife!
There is a spreading type of dogbane. The scientific name is "Apocynum androsaemifolium." I don't have it here and have never seen it in person, but your spreading plant looks like the pictures I've seen.
