Looking for advice on a new orchard layout

Planted 60 chestnuts today and put them under the lights. Zero mold on any of them this year plus starting them a month later than last year. I feel we will have a late spring with the 3 ft of snow that needs to melt off!
Also I finally took action and started to try and grow asparagus from seed. I will start a large plot of asparagus next to the orchard as I love grilling it but have never grown it myself.

Quick update: every single one of my chestnut trees died this past winter. That experiment is over.
Had a couple Galarina and Goldrush trees also die out from the 2018/2019 winter. Replanted some snow sweet apple trees in there place. Here’s how the main orchard is looking at year 2 and 3.
