I bought mine from Welter Seed and Honey. The were out to the non-organic seed.....so they were willing to break a bag of organic seed and I bought 25 lbs. Put it down at 4# to the acre. I think that is adequate with my heavy rye seeding too. I think that Welter's would be a good source as they are also Honey dealers (?).

I think GCC was out of YSC seed.

If you go to Welters get some honey while you are there!

I got a bag from Outside Pride this year. Far as I know there are no improved varieties of YSC.

There is organic YSC......and that may bring you more $$$ if your planting for honey. Geez those certified organic products DO sell for a premium!
