Dont own a NT drill, but here's a recent thread. If mud is a real issue, you may need a plan B method laying around. like a broadcast spread to put rye in. Just my brother in laws experience doing no till on commercial scale 4000-5000 acres a year. If soil quality is a major issue on a certain field on a muddy year, he hires pilots to air seed.
I have a Great Plains 606NT on order and hoping it’s May 11th delivery date is accurate. Lots of info here from guys who have them. Definitely a quality piece of equipment.
