I am going to make a few compost bins along the same line as a Johnson Su bioreactor. I'm not having much success in finding information on what should be done differently in 4a vs whatever zone David Johnson is in down there in the southwest. Right now I'm planning on no irrigation due to lack of electricity. Not sure how that will affect the outcome. Also plan on using chicken wire instead of landscape fabric on one to allow better airflow. Any comments on what has worked or not worked for you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
