It’s Spring!

150 acres of corn on me this year also had beans last year.

3 days in the 80's with one more to go has my trees advancing rapidly. Still a month til my last frost date.

That sucks if your trees are blooming already but I wouldn’t think they are quite yet up there.

Which one of y’all turned the heat up? Already sick of this.

My apple trees are at silver bud stage.

My wife is in Northern MN, and I'll be heading up Thursday for her mom's funeral. 5" of snow today, another inch tomorrow and 10" more forecast this week. I'm just glad we're a month into spring!

Spring update from North FL... barring anything crazy happening looks like this year will be a good one as fruit loads go. 👍

Kieffer pear trees already have golf ball-sized pears on them (ours get about as big as grapefruit)

Fuyu persimmon trees loaded with flowers right now.

Muscadine vines have lots of tiny grapes on them

Fig trees already loaded with young figs

And picking relatively mature fruit off our contorted mulberry tree... I say relatively as birds are in the tree beating me to the ripest of fruit pretty much around the clock.
