I can't say for certain yet. I haven't seen mine this time of year, ever (also why I quit my old job), but the arrangement, fruit, leaves and stems look just like mine did earlier this summer. I know this one of mine is a chokecherry, because I put it there.
Looks like it. Should have a single large pit for each one. Chokecherries by me peaked mid Aug and any still left are starting to shrivel up some. On the line for the new zone 4b/4a
