Could be. You'd have to check the label to see if it has any other ingredients. It may be the same stuff just a tad more concentrated.

Starting in July and August the seed ticks here are horrendous. Brush the wrong weed or grass and you can immediately have 1000 or more on you. They are more of an inconvenience than a danger unless you never get them off. They come off easily and are slightly smaller than the head of a pin...

The active ingredient is the same in many different forms and concentrations. That much concentrate will go a LONG way and last a long time. Prolly a good value if mixed and applied properly. I just buy the small spray cans by repel to treat my clothes. Two cans lasts me all year.
