Habitat Talk's 2019 Winner vs Winner Photo Contest

We are putting all of the winners from this year's monthly trail cam contests up against each other to close out the year. The photo that earns the most likes will be deemed the 2019 winner. The winner will be announced on Or about March 10th (sometimes I’m slow  ). Good luck to those in the contest and thanks to everyone for their participation in these contests.

This years prize will be a years subscription to the “print and digital” Deer and Deer hunting Magazine. Our old friend Steve Bartylla became one of three hunting owners of the magazine and they’ve changed it back to being produced by people who actually hunt...

Please vote for your favorite..

I won December and already have a subscription...so I won’t post it up.

Getting ready to close this so vote if you’re going to.
Maybe a nice picture will help with CV-19 depression :)

Wow, I’m only a month or so late here.......

Cat, wins the winner vs winner. Congratulations!
Congrats Cat!

Thanks guys! This is very cool, thanks for the votes.

Any background story to the monster buck, Catscratch?

The boys and I have been watching him for a couple of yrs. Last yr he had 2 inside kickers per side that he broke off, this yr he only had 1 per side but didn't brake them. He blew up with mass and tine length this yr. Here is this year's shed compared to last year's. I hope he has another big jump in mass next yr and keeps adding to his inside point length. The kids were pretty happy to find that antler.

He made a helluva jump in size. Hope to see an update this year. Seems those inside points unfortunately break off often. But he's probably getting to the point where not many bucks want to fight him anymore.

I hope to be able to post updates on him this yr! I think I'm still seeing him around even without antlers. He has kind of an "old man neck" if makes any sense to ya, so he's kind of identifiable still.
