Two many to list, but most are rare vintage varieties. I did graft 2 black limbertwigs.

At any rate, you have a good planting project going there. Congrats !!

I have been making both sweet and hard cider, and apple butter the last 3 years. I am up to 190 trees in the orchard, totaling about 150 varieties. And I have about 75 more varieties in the nursery that I'll plant in orchard next year. A guy just starting a new hard cider business has approached me about buying all of my excess apples, which will be a lot in a couple years when my young trees start producing more.
