Got Them In

Clover, chicory, and daikon radish have been planted. Expecting rain Wednesday. Plan on over seeding with WR the 1st. of October.
1st. Photo is the cutover strip plot with a shooting house down at far end.



2nd. Photo a bottom field with two different loc on bow stands and a shooting house back in the woods to the left.



Did it all with an atv disk (approx 100 miles back and forth) and atv sprayer.

Looks great, and that's a lot of miles with an ATV disk! That's dedication!!

What kind of disk do you have?

Bought it at Agri Supply but I know DR carries a similar one. If your breaking new ground it requires patience and many hours on the back of the atv. Once I bought a atv sprayer and started using Gly it really helped. Does not work well on hard pan like a log landings but does well on fields.

That does look like work on new ground. Heck my 10 footer with the tractor hardly touches hard ground and dead grass in the first 10 passes.

This is what I use. It's work. It what we have. Someday I'll have a tractor but this gets the job done. I'm doing my trails and my two new areas this weekend with a chance of rain Sunday.
