What is the MNDNR going to do with all the money allocated for flying the zones planned? According to the DNR, they need at least 6" of snow cover. Just think of all the good they could do for hunter surveys! They could throw them out because it does not match their numbers.

Maybe it's a good thing. The survey's haven't exactly accomplished much for us thus-far. Save he money until we have an AUDIT......I say. ;)
