Foggy Mountain Breakdown

That's one different rack.

Somewhere between pics he lost his fuzz.

He sure looks old in the "with velvet" picture.

Looks like he's a quarter caribou.

Yep, strangest deer I've ever had here. Last year those tall G2s forked like a mule deer. I guess we will hunt him this time since he's so mature, but honestly a part of me can't keep from wondering how he might look next year...LOL.

Yep, I noticed that too - 10 days difference. I think he is 4 because I thought he was 3 last year, but he's a hard one to peg. His body does look older than 4 this year.

In another year he could be one of those 180"+ freaky non-typicals that you see on mag. covers. Tough call !!

Another year he may be deer stix if he walked past me.

He might make it another year anyway, because he has the daylight / dark thing figured out pretty good now. I've had one pic recently just after daylight, but most have been 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after dark.

But on the other hand, he also recently changed his bedding spot to near where the does are bedding, so he might see the downfall that many men have experienced.:D
